環(huán)球金融中心wfc位於世界經(jīng)濟發(fā)展焦點──中國北京商務中心區(qū)，是城中的國際商務綜合大樓，亦為全城每層面積達4,400平方米的無柱/無間隔墻設計的辦公大樓。項目總建筑面積約250,000平方米，由世界的建筑大師西沙佩利建筑事務所設計，該事務所的地標項目遍及世界各地，包括享譽全球的紐約環(huán)球世貿(mào)中心、吉隆坡的雙子塔，以及香港的國際金融中心 (ifc)。環(huán)球金融中心由兩幢樓高22層之國際甲級辦公大樓組成，其獨特的「水晶珠寶盒」設計，令項目成為北京商務中心區(qū)核心的矚目新地標，為全球的跨國企業(yè)和金融機構提供一個馳騁商場的優(yōu)越領地。兩個大堂內(nèi)建有象徵珠寶的水晶墻，其獨特設計來自獲獎無數(shù)的德國藝術建筑師司馬瀚先生(Michael Hammer)，其作品包括紐約的洛克菲勒中心。作為北京商務中心區(qū)核心的矚目新地標，大樓以環(huán)保建筑為設計理念，充分展示綠色新世代的設計及管理的哲學。恒基地產(chǎn)在設計及建筑上，均嚴格按照美國LEED及香港BEAM評估認證高標準以設計及執(zhí)行每一項細節(jié)。該項目巳榮獲香港環(huán)保建筑協(xié)會按建筑環(huán)評評估為 “白金級別”, 及亞州智能建筑學會認證為 “一等”級別。

The World Financial Center (WFC) is located in the business center of Beijing, China, which is the focal point of global economic development. It is an international business complex in the city and also an office building designed with no columns or partition walls on each floor of the city, covering an area of 4400 square meters. The total construction area of the project is approximately 250000 square meters, designed by the world-renowned architect Xisha Pelly Architects. The landmark projects of the firm are located around the world, including the world-renowned New York World Trade Center, the Twin Towers in Kuala Lumpur, and the International Financial Center (IFC) in Hong Kong. The Global Financial Center is composed of two international Grade A office buildings with a height of 22 floors. Its unique "crystal jewelry box" design has made the project a prominent new landmark in the core of Beijing's business center, providing a superior location for multinational enterprises and financial institutions around the world to gallop through shopping malls. The two lobbies are adorned with crystal walls symbolizing jewelry, with unique designs from award-winning German art architect Michael Hammer, whose works include the Rockefeller Center in New York. As an eye-catching new landmark at the core of the Beijing Business Center, the building is designed with the concept of environmentally friendly buildings, fully showcasing the philosophy of green new generation design and management. Hengji Real Estate strictly adheres to the highest standards of LEED and BEAM evaluation certification in the United States in terms of design and construction, and designs and executes every detail. The project has been awarded the "Platinum Level" rating by the Hong Kong Environmental Protection Building Association and the "First Class" rating by the Asian Institute of Intelligent Buildings.
